Rush Extreme Sports is a massive indoor adventure park with 1500-2500 square meters of adventure, excitement, fun and challenges for the entire family. This indoor trampoline park has 1,700 square meters of wall to wall interconnected trampolines, including dodge-ball courts, an 18,000 cube foam pit, hydraulic slam dunk basketball hoops, battle beam and best of all: a 4 meter high Performance Wall. They also feature an “Air Walk” where you can play endless “The Floor is Lava” games. So get ready to explore an array of indoor activities for kids all in one place where the parents can either sit down and relax or choose to join in on the fun.
Air Walk
If you’re not scared of any hights, you will absolutely love the Air Walk section where you can test their three high-performance trampolines. Explore your limits and challenge yourself by trying to jump up different level-height walls.
Foam Pits
Try out new tricks and practice your jumping moves (or simply enjoy diving in this foam pit pool). The soft foam pit makes sure that you will land safely and maximise the fun during your stay at the adventure park.
Main Court & Super Tramp
The main court consists of interconnected trampolines that can be utilized in their full length and guarantee endless bouncing and jumping fun. To make it even more interesting, they added angled walls on the sides that are trampolines, too! This way, you can experience another jumping dimension.
On their super tramp you can simply bounce, flip and fly through the air on an oversized trampoline with an incredible bounce. This is great fun for any skill level!
Extreme Dodgeball
Have you ever played dodgeball? This is your chance to have ultimate fun as a team and utilise their 6-a-side dodgeball court for the ultimate battle. Get your opponents out of the way and be the last one standing! Once you get the hang of it, you won’t be able to stop! And it’s a great way to save some bucks for the fitness studio, too!
Climbing Walls
Test and challenge your climbing skills at one of their amazing climbing walls. They have different options including a unique face-off wall, a UV-lit dark tower and many more exciting options.
Ninja Warrior
Become the next Cape Town Ninja Warrior and train your skills in climbing, jumping, swinging and hanging around their 4 lane obstacle course. No need to be scared as you will always land softly on the inflatable airbag underneath. The ninja course is suitable for all ages, but comes with a minimum height restriction of 1.30m in order to be able to manage all challenges.
Battle Beam
The fun continues on their padded battle beam. Use the provided batons to push off your opponent and see who can manage to keep the balance the longest. Again, you can fully enjoy the experience as you can only land softly on their state-of-the-art airbag. You can also train your balance on the slackline.
Slam Dunk
Feel like Michael Jordan when you make use of the hydraulic height-adjustable basketball hoop that is waiting for the next dunk shot. Challenge your friends or simply enjoy the feeling of flying through the air.
Enjoy Complementary Free Wifi and A Comfy Cafe Area
If you rather prefer to stay a spectator and watch the fun from a safe distance, you can hang out at their cozy cafe area and enjoy some delicious coffee, slushies, snacks and cake along with some free WIFI for the parents. They upgraded their seating area to make it a comfortable place to sit down while the kids are playing or even get some work done during the week.

Pricing and Specials
An All Access Tickets is available at R160 for the first hour. For a 2 hour All Access Ticket children and adults pay R260 and the Parent & Toddler Ticket is available at R200 (including 1 parent).
As the trampolines become quite hectic during Rush hour (little word game on the side), I personally feel that this indoor play park is most suitable for kids at the age of 5+. You can bring along smaller kids, but they are not allowed to jump on their own and need adult supervision at all times. Parent & Toddler Tickets are available at any time, but they also offer dedicated toddler sessions each Friday and Sunday from 09:00 – 10:00.
Other special jumping sessions include:
- Social Sundays from 16:00 – 18:00 for R160 per person
- Cosmic (glow-in-the-dark jump) from 18:00 – 20:00 for R200 per person
At your first visit, you’ll also need to purchase their specific Rush Socks for extra grip at R40 per pair.

Our Experience
The kids love Rush Extreme Sports Park and as soon as we walk through the gate, both of them are all over the place. Of course, the many different trampolines are an absolute highlight and they jump and bounce their way through the venue. They absolutely enjoy jumping into the foam pit and trying their back flips. Another challenge for them are the Ninja Warrior Obstacles and the Battle Beam. Here, the competition is real and they love playing little games with each other to see who manages the parkour the fastest. On the battle beam, they can finally wrestle each other and show their strength. But the most time is definitely spent at the climbing walls. Both of them love to climb and the different walls are a true challenge. Again, the face to face wall sparks their rivalry and both of them want to reach the top as a winner. We always have great fun and especially older children will 100% love this indoor play park a lot!
Play time starts on the hour, so make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes earlier as it takes time to put on the socks and store away your personal things. You don’t want that time to come off the valuable jumping hour as this sort of entertainment is rather pricey.
